Carolyn Cade founded Cade Operations Consulting in 2024 after senior operations leadership roles at Walmart, Amazon, and Boeing. The firm is built on a simple belief: knowing what to do is not enough unless an organization can actually execute and sustain it, and that takes systems, mechanisms, and leadership working together.
Cade Ops brings together former Amazon, Walmart, and Boeing executives with deep, practical experience across operations, supply chain, data, leadership, and sustainability. We partner with C-suite and senior executives through fractional leadership and embedded advisory engagements, and we work alongside their teams, not around them.
